Park Policies

Welcome to BluLand Water Park where fun, adventure, and safety meet! To ensure that all our guests have a great time, we have some simple terms and conditions that we kindly ask you to follow.

  • Once you’re admitted to our premises, you’re in for an amazing ride, or shall we say rides! Please note that tickets are non-refundable, and re-entry is not permitted.
  • We welcome all our little guests with open arms! Children below 90cms get free entry, while those between 90-120cms require a child ticket, and those above 120cms need an adult ticket.
  • Foodies, beware! We know you love your snacks, but outside food and beverages are not permitted in the park. We have several delicious options available at our food court that are sure to satisfy your cravings.
  • Safety is our top priority! We kindly request guests not be under the influence of alcohol or any illicit substance in the park. This is for their own well-being and the safety of others. Similarly, cigarettes, thambaku, gutka, and chewing gums are strictly prohibited within the park.
  • Swimwear is a must for those who want to take a dip in our pools and water rides. Saris, dupattas, salwar kameez, formal pants, shirts, street clothes, and long-flowing clothing are not permitted. Shorts with protruding designs or accessories and any attire that can damage the slides are also not allowed.
  • We kindly request guests maintain discipline in the ride queue areas and avoid jumping the queue to ensure everyone has an equal chance of enjoying the rides.
  • We value your safety! Please follow the instructions of our lifeguards, and ride operators, and the guidelines displayed near the rides. Pregnant women, heart patients, persons with high blood pressure, and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast and adventurous rides.
  • We understand the importance of personal belongings! However, please note that management will not be held responsible for any loss of valuables or personal property left at the park.
  • With all the fun activities, waiting times can vary. We request you be patient, and please bear with us in case of any ride breakdowns due to technical reasons.
  • Finally, we reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Thank you for choosing our park, and we hope you have an unforgettable experience with us!
Rules & Regulations

Dear Guests,

We strive to provide a comfortable, safe, and memorable experience for all our visitors. To ensure a wonderful time at our park, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, which is only valid for a specified date and time.
  • Online bookings cannot be made for the same day.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the park, and intoxicated individuals will be denied entry.
  • All individuals, bags, luggage, parcels, and any other items are subject to security checks at the park’s entrance and other designated locations within the park.
  • Please demonstrate common courtesy towards fellow park guests and our service staff. Avoid using foul language and engaging in unsafe or offensive behavior.
  • Maintain discipline while waiting in ride queues; members of your group cannot join those already in line.
  • Proper attire must be worn at all times when visiting the park.
  • For your comfort, hygiene, and safety, a dress code is enforced in the park.
  • When enjoying water rides, wear polyester or nylon costumes such as t-shirts, shorts, bermudas, three-fourths, or swimsuits. Sarees, churidars/salwars, dupattas, formal pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos, and indecent attire are not permitted in the water park and certain high-thrill rides.
  • Avoid wearing scarves or shawls while on rides to ensure everyone’s safety.
  • As many park rides are adventurous in nature, guests are advised to follow the safety instructions provided by lifeguards, ride operators, and displayed instructions near rides for a safe experience. The management will not be held responsible for injuries or accidents due to guest negligence.
  • Pools are shallow; refrain from diving into them.
  • Pregnant women, heart patients, individuals with high blood pressure, and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast and adventurous rides.
  • Parents should closely supervise their children, and children should be accompanied by adults.
  • Some rides have height and weight restrictions for safety reasons, and guests below the stipulated height and above certain weights are not allowed on these rides.
  • Guests may need to leave the park before closing time if the situation requires it.
  • The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety or technical reasons without prior notice.
  • The management may cancel tickets and remove any person from the park premises for misbehavior or violation of park rules.
  • Smoking is prohibited in common park areas. Please use the designated smoking area.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the park.

The following activities are not allowed without prior approval from the management:

  • Sale of goods or services, or displaying goods or services for sale.
  • Distributing printed materials of any kind.
  • Brand promotion or unauthorized events.
  • Displaying banners or any other printed materials.
  • Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purposes.
  • The management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. We may photograph, film, videotape, record, or reproduce the image and/or voice of any person entering the park for any purpose without payment to any person.

2. DATA COLLECTED
DATA STORAGE LOCATION

We are Cyprus based company and operate web servers hosted in Germany. Our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant. REGISTRATION DATA

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

PURCHASE DATA

To receive product support, you have to have one or more Envato/AxiomThemes purchase codes on our website. These purchase codes will be stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is required for us to provide you with downloads, product support and other customer services.

SUPPORT DATA

If you have registered on our website and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. Support form submissions are sent to our third party Ticksy ticketing system. Only the data you explicitly provided is sent, and you are asked for consent, each time you want to create a new support ticket. COMMENTS

When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

CONTACT FORM

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Zoho. Zoho adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” policy and you can find more information about this here: Zoho Privacy Policy.

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
